A privately funded residential building with a subterranean parking garage.  This project is a 4 story residential building of type III-A wood frame residential and related amenity spaces over a 2 level of type I-A subterranean parking garage.  There are a total of 225 residential dwelling units, consisting of studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms.  Amenity areas include an on grade swimming pool, clubhouse, conference room, lobby, manager’s offices, mail room package room, fitness, large courtyard, small courtyard, pet spa, and an amenity lounge on the 4th floor attached to a roof deck area.



This project is a two story work / live building of type VB cross laminated timber wood frame construction atop a concrete slab on grade. The building exterior is finished with brick veneer, stucco and composite siding. The second floor is comprised of two residential Type R3 2BD/3BA units with large kitchens adjacent to dining and living spaces. 

The Bower is a new construction 6-story multifamily residential building. The project contains 5 levels of type III-A construction, over 1 level of type I construction, all over a 1 level subterranean garage containing both surface paring and stacked parking. The project consists of 150 units, which 10% (15) will be designated affordable for moderate income households. 


Building A & B is a large redeveloped site in the heart of Mountain View containing new construction of three 5-story multifamily residential buildings. 

Building C is a 5-story multifamily residential building intended to serve as employee housing for the Mountain View Whisman School District.
