The Sevens is a large redeveloped site in the heart of Mountain View containing new construction of three 5-story multifamily residential buildings. The project contains 5 levels of type III-A construction, over 2 levels of type I subterranean garage. The project consists of 572 market rate units. This structure includes a bicycle and storage rooms, pet washing, leasing and manager offices, lobby, wifi lounges, meeting rooms, mail room, package room, fitness room, lounge/den, large outdoor courtyards with water features, pool, spas, eating areas, four roof decks with BBQ/Outdoor Kitchen and seating areas.
THE SEVENS – BUILDING C
CLIENT: Mountain View Whisman School District.
The Sevens – Building C is a 5-story multifamily residential building intended to serve as employee housing for the Mountain View Whisman School District.
The project contains 5 levels of type III-A construction over a slab on grade. The project consists of 144 units with 100% being below market rate. This structure includes a shared amenity space with a communal kitchen, co-working space, craft room, rooftop terrace, bike room, and mail room. This project is a sister project to two adjacent multifamily residential buildings that will share additional amenities, including a pool and below grade parking.
