The Laurels is one of five community buildings located at North Park Apartment Village. The Laurels is the largest of all the communities with 535 apartment homes. It is designed around a 5-acre public park-the only one of its kind in Northern California. Community features include three business centers, two conference rooms, seven pools, seven spas, five gyms, four club rooms (two with gourmet kitchens, libraries and billiard rooms) and 12 outdoor courtyards featuring fountains and gas barbeques throughout.
